Hey y’all!
I am a thirty-something, southern born and bred, Christian, writer, blogger, editor, teacher, perpetual starter, and artist just trying to muddle through the real and digital worlds and improve her writing craft. While writing is my passion, I also love reading, painting, Bollywood movies and music, traveling, learning languages, body positivity, taking pictures, researching, all things Jane Austen, and cuddling with my two precious (cat) fur babies.
At the end of the day, I’m just like you–I have bills to pay, and I occasionally and reluctantly engage in the hard topics of this fallen world that affect us all. I cry easily, laugh loudly, and curse more than I should.
In the midst of it all, my main goal is to spread kindness, understanding, compassion, love, and, above all, hope.
I am currently working on a series of short stories, and I have several novel ideas in the works. The only problem is choosing just one!
